Summary
Requires health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage for the cost of auto-injectable epinephrine based on appropriate weight-based dosage for insured persons eighteen years of age or younger, beginning 1/1/2021. Requires an impact assessment report. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
