SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT

FLOOR AMENDMENT NO. Date April 30, 2019

TO: H.B. NO. 843, H.D. 1, S.D. 1, C.D. 1, RELATING TO HAWAII COMMUNITY COLLEGE

SECTION 1. House Bill No. 843, H.D. 1, S.D. 1, C.D. 1, is amended by appropriating funds for one, rather than three, applied technical education program positions at Hawaii Community College, as follows:

"SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $60,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 for one non-tenure track, full-time, temporary position for the applied technical education program at Hawaii community college.

The sum appropriated shall be expended by the university of Hawaii for the purposes of this Act."
