TO:    Senate Bill No. 1292, S.D. 2, H.D. 3

 

SECTION 1.  Senate Bill No. 1292, S.D. 2, H.D. 3, is amended by:

 

           (1)     Inserting language in sections 5 and 6, relating to chapters 237 and 237D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, respectively, that requires the director of taxation to provide each county the minimal amount of data necessary to enable each county to provide for meaningful enforcement of its land use ordinances, rules, or regulations; and
