STATE OF HAWAII

A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $356,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 to the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo aeronautical sciences program as follows:

     (1)  For fiscal year 2019-2020, for two full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) positions and program and operating costs; and

     (2)  For fiscal year 2020-2021, for four full-time equivalent (4.0 FTE) positions and program and operating costs.

     The sums appropriated shall be expended by the University of Hawai‘i for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
