subsection
3,
Code
2019,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

“Barbershop”
means
an
establishment
in
a
fixed
location
,

or
a
location
that
is
readily
movable,
which
either
operates

up
to
three
consecutive
days
at
one
location
or
returns
to
a
5
home
base
of
operation
at
the
end
of
each
day,
where
one
or
more

persons
engage
in
the
practice
of
barbering.

This
bill
alters
the
definition
of
“barbershop”
to
include
