| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 97, AS AMENDED, with | ||||||
| 3 | reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on | ||||||
| 4 | page 5, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the following:

| 5 | "2020. The one resident judgeship elected from Moultrie County | ||||||
| 6 | before or at the 2020 general election shall become a resident | ||||||
| 7 | judgeship from Moultrie County in the 24th circuit on | ||||||
| 8 | December"; and
| ||||||
| 9 | on page 5, line 20, after the period, by inserting the | ||||||
| 10 | following: | ||||||
| 11 | "The one resident judgeship elected from Piatt County before or | ||||||
| 12 | at the 2020 general election shall become a resident judgeship | ||||||
| 13 | from Piatt County in the 24th circuit on December 7, 2020.".
