Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Changes the applicability of the Criminal History in College Applications Act to colleges rather than public colleges. Defines "college" as a public or private institution of higher education authorized to confer degrees by the Board of Higher Education, including a college or university, professional school, or technical school. Effective immediately.
