Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Creates an exemption for qualified tangible personal property used in the construction or operation of a data center that has been granted a certificate of exemption by the Department of Revenue. Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to add provisions concerning those certificates of exemption. Effective immediately.
