Bill Title: Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. With regard to the course transferability program, provides that beginning with the 2020-2021 academic year, each public institution of higher education must participate in the program and must share any information and data on transfer courses and their applicability toward degree completion with newly admitted students of the public institution to assist those students in course enrollment.
