Bill Title: Amends the Charter Schools Law of the School Code. Provides that a charter school may not adopt or enforce a policy on promotion that does not promote students to the next higher grade level solely because of unsatisfactory completion of physical fitness requirements or violations of student discipline policies. Effective immediately.
