Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that for the third year of operation by an organization gaming licensee, the Illinois Racing Board shall award no fewer than 200 days in total of standardbred racing (rather than requiring the Board to award no fewer than 120 days of racing when a single entity requests standardbred racing dates). Deletes language authorizing the Board to reduce the number of days if no dates are requested for the first 3 months of a calendar year. Deletes language requiring the Board to award no fewer than 200 days of racing between applicants if more than one entity requests standardbred racing dates.
