Bill Title: Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that, unless the inclusion of sensitive data is required by law or rule, if a party receiving money from a settlement is a minor or a person with a disability, or was a minor when the action was filed, the terms of the settlement shall be sealed or the settlement shall redact sensitive information, as the court in its discretion shall rule in order to protect the interests of the party receiving the settlement money.
