Bill Title: Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Makes changes in provisions concerning definitions; the expiration and renewal of a managing broker, broker, or residential leasing agent license; continuing education requirements; sponsoring brokers; agency relationship disclosure; dual agency; grounds for discipline; citations; licensing of education providers; approval of courses; and the Real Estate Administration and Disciplinary Board. Provides that on January 1, 2021, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the remaining balance from the Real Estate Audit Fund into the Real Estate License Administration Fund. Amends the State Finance Act to repeal provisions creating the Real Estate Audit Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury. Repeals the Real Estate Regulation Transfer Act. Effective immediately.
