Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may not suspend the driving privileges of a person for violations of a Section of the Code relating to the automated traffic law enforcement of red light violations. Provides that the Secretary shall rescind the suspension or cancellation of a person's driver's license that has been suspended or canceled before the effective date due to the person having failed to pay any fine or penalty due and owing as a result of 5 offenses for automated speed enforcement system violations or automated traffic violations. Makes corresponding changes. Deletes language providing that the driver's license number of a lessee may be subsequently individually requested by the appropriate authority if needed for automated speed or traffic law enforcement.
