Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a workgroup convened by the Department of Insurance and the Department of Healthcare and Family services shall provide recommendations to the General Assembly on health plan data reporting requirements that separately break out data on mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use disorder or condition benefits and data on other medical benefits no later than June 30, 2020 (rather than December 31, 2019). Effective immediately.
