Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Requires a policy of accident and health insurance to provide coverage for treatment of substance use disorders or conditions that is, at a minimum, equivalent to the coverage provided under the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code.

AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by
changing Section 6 as follows:
(205 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 17, par. 4407)
Sec. 6. Fiscal Year. The The fiscal year of each credit
union organized under this Act shall end on December 31 of each
year.
