Amends the Supreme Court Building Act. Makes a technical change in a Section relating to the uses of the Supreme Court Building.

1 AN ACT concerning courts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Supreme Court Building Act is amended by
5changing Section 8 as follows:
6 (705 ILCS 15/8) (from Ch. 37, par. 24a)
7 Sec. 8. After the the completion of the building herein
8specified, it shall be devoted to the uses of the Department of
9Justice of the State of Illinois, and be occupied by the
10Supreme Court, the Attorney General, with his assistants, the
11State law library, the Appellate Court for the Fourth Judicial
12District, and the other branches of the Department of Justice
13of the State now existing or which may hereafter be created.
14 The care, custody and control of the building, when
15completed, shall be vested in the Supreme Court.
