Bill Title: Appropriates $21,635,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and reimbursements. Appropriates $4,986,500 to the State Board of Elections from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Reappropriates $28,561,900 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund to the State Board of Elections for implementation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Effective July 1, 2020.
