Bill Title: Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to require the instruction on mental health and illness to evaluate the multiple dimensions of health by reviewing the relationship between physical and mental health so as to enhance student understanding, attitudes, and behaviors that promote health, well-being, and human dignity.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act is
5amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
6 (115 ILCS 5/9) (from Ch. 48, par. 1709)
7 Sec. 9. Board Rules. The The Board shall promulgate rules
8and regulations governing the appropriateness of bargaining
9units, representation elections, employee petitions for
10recognition and procedures for voluntary recognition of
11employee organizations by employers.
