Bill Title: Amends provisions of the Criminal Identification Act regarding a pilot program to waive fees in Cook County for filing certain petitions to expunge or seal records. Changes the date on which the program becomes inoperative from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2021. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Energy Conservation Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1115/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7601)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Energy Conservation Act."
