2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Jeffrey Allyn "Jeff" Cummings of Kenosha, | ||||||
4 | Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2019; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Jeff Cummings was born in Elmira, New York to | ||||||
6 | Richard and Nancy Cummings on February 16, 1962; he married | ||||||
7 | Denise Wilson in Kenosha, Wisconsin on October 17, 1981; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Jeff Cummings was employed as a supervisor at AB | ||||||
9 | Specialty Silicones in Waukegan for the past seven years; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Jeff Cummings was a member of the Patriots | ||||||
11 | Motorcycle Club Chapter 1 IL, where he also served as | ||||||
12 | secretary; he enjoyed traveling to Utah to see his club | ||||||
13 | brothers and bowling at Sheridan Lanes; he was an avid fan of | ||||||
14 | the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago | ||||||
15 | Blackhawks, and Tony Stewart; he liked Harley-Davidson | ||||||
16 | motorcycles and NHRA drag racing; he was a friend to many and | ||||||
17 | always had a smile, a handshake, and a laugh for everyone he | ||||||
18 | met; he believed in the importance of "paying it forward"; and

19 | WHEREAS, Jeff Cummings was preceded in death by his | ||||||
20 | parents; and his siblings, US Army CSM Vernon Cummings, Debbie | ||||||
21 | Fitzgerald, and Susan Kewenig; and

1 | WHEREAS, Jeff Cummings is survived by his wife of 37 years, | ||||||
2 | Denise; his son, Dustin Cummings; his granddaughter, Arya; his | ||||||

4 | Denise (Tom) Ribar; his in-laws, Donald N. (Shirley) Wilson; | ||||||
5 | his brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. Dorinda Cummings, Brad | ||||||

15 | Jeffrey Allyn "Jeff" Cummings and extend our sincere | ||||||
16 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
