| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Jason L. Triplett of Waukegan, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on May 5, 2019; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Jason Triplett was born in Waukegan to Terry | ||||||
| 6 | Triplett and Linda Van Dyke on April 22, 1976; during grade | ||||||
| 7 | school and high school, he excelled at wrestling; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Jason Triplett always dreamed of becoming a truck | ||||||
| 9 | driver and successfully drove many roads; when circumstances | ||||||
| 10 | changed, he returned home to raise his children; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Jason Triplett dedicated his life to his family; | ||||||
| 12 | and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Jason Triplett was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 14 | stepmother, Margaret Triplett; his paternal grandparents, | ||||||
| 15 | Edith and Horst Schieder; his maternal grandparents, Ken and | ||||||
| 16 | Mary Jean Sheldon; his great-grandmother McCann; and his | ||||||
| 17 | great-grandfather and great-grandmother Stanbery; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Jason Triplett is survived by his children, Travis | ||||||
| 19 | and Kayla Triplett; his brother, Justin Triplett; his nieces | ||||||
| 20 | and nephews, Ismael, Lillyannie, and Gabriel; his parents; his | ||||||

| |||||||
| 1 | many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his loyal and | ||||||
| 2 | faithful canine companion, Petey; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 5 | Jason L. Triplett and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 6 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
