Summary

Service charges. Prohibits an insurer from charging an insured a service charge to process an insured's payment that exceeds the actual cost to the insurer to process the insured's payment. Provides that an insurer may not impose a service charge on a method of payment unless the insurer also provides a direct payment option for which there is no service charge.
