Summary

Organ donation. Provides that an individual may make an anatomical gift to an unspecified individual who is currently on an organ transplant wait list maintained by a hospital located in Indiana. Provides that if the anatomical gift cannot be used for an in-state transplant and there is not a contrary instruction, the gift passes to an appropriate organization.
