Summary
IREAD 3. Provides that the reading plan established by the department of education, in conjunction with the state board of education, must provide flexibility to school corporations and schools in the manner the school corporation or school offers determinant evaluations. Authorizes school corporations or schools to make determinant evaluations in a manner other than providing a one time assessment. Voids the administrative rule establishing a reading plan and requiring the administration of IREAD 3. Makes conforming amendments.
