Summary

Lowering age of alcoholic beverage servers. Allows a waiter, waitress, or server who is at least 18 years of age (instead of at least 19 years of age, under current law) to serve alcoholic beverages in a dining room of a restaurant or hotel, if the person: (1) completes an alcohol server training program; and (2) is supervised by a person at least 21 years of age who has completed an alcohol server training program.
