Summary

Licensure of behavior analysts. Provides for the licensure of behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts. Requires a behavior analyst or an assistant behavior analyst to be certified by an approved certifying entity. Prohibits a person who is not licensed or exempt from licensing from practicing behavior analysis. Establishes penalties. Repeals current law that prohibits the use of certain titles unless the person is certified as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst. Makes conforming changes.
