Summary

Twenty-first century scholars program eligibility. Requires each school corporation to provide tutoring for children who: (1) are enrolled in a school operated by the school corporation; (2) are in foster care; and (3) have a demonstrated need for tutoring, as determined by the school corporation. Provides eligibility for: (1) participation in the twenty-first century scholars program; and (2) higher education awards; for individuals in grades 9 through 12 who are eligible for services under the McKinney-Vento Act.
