Summary

E-liquid and electronic cigarette crimes. Provides that a person who knowingly or intentionally sells an e-liquid or an electronic cigarette that contains: (1) a concentration of nicotine that is more than 20 milligrams per milliliter; or (2) contains vitamin E acetate; commits a Class C misdemeanor.
