Bill Title: Health coverage. Requires the department of insurance to provide annual funding for payments to navigators and assisters to maintain 2017 levels of effort for consumer outreach, education, and enrollment assistance with respect to health care coverage. Requires the department of insurance to annually report to the legislative council the percentage of Indiana residents who lack health insurance coverage. Prohibits preexisting condition exclusions in individual policies of accident and sickness insurance, small employer group health insurance plans, and health maintenance organization contracts.
