Bill Title: Office of the attorney general. Specifies that the attorney general may conduct an independent investigation concerning human trafficking. Defines "multiple county offense" and authorizes the attorney general to: (1) access and maintain certain information relating to a multiple county offense; (2) investigate a multiple county offense; (3) assist in the investigation and prosecution of a multiple county offense; and (4) request the assistance of a law enforcement agency in conducting the investigation. Authorizes a law enforcement agency to assist the attorney general. Specifies that the attorney general does not have the power to arrest or prosecute a person.
