Bill Title: James Whitcomb Riley Home. Authorizes the Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation (corporation) to enter into negotiations with the owner of the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home (real property) for the conveyance of the real property to the corporation. Provides that, if the corporation and the owner of the real property come to an agreement that is acceptable to both parties, the corporation shall accept a conveyance of the real property in accordance with the terms of the agreement entered into by the corporation and the owner and administer the real property in perpetuity.
