Bill Title: Ban on flame retardant material. Defines "flame retardant chemical". Prohibits the manufacture, assembly, acceptance for sale, and selling of certain upholstered furniture, mattresses, and mattress pads that contain more than 0.1% of a flame retardant chemical or more than 0.1% of a mixture that contains a flame retardant chemical.
