Bill Title: Bureau of motor vehicles. Requires a law enforcement agency that receives a notification of a stolen license plate to forward the notification to the bureau of motor vehicles (bureau). Requires the bureau to mark the license plate as stolen and not reissue the license plate. Requires the bureau to include procedures for: (1) approaching and driving through a roundabout; and (2) yielding the right-of-way to certain vehicles; with standards for classroom and in-car driver education curriculum. Requires the bureau to issue a driver's license, permit, identification card, and photo exempt identification card without an address or with a mailing address instead of the principal residence address upon the request of the person making the application.
