Bill Title: Addiction service grants. Establishes the opioid and methamphetamine addiction treatment fund (fund) to provide grants to nonprofit organizations that meet certain requirements. Requires the division of mental health and addiction to apply for federal grants for the fund and award grants from the fund. Makes an appropriation to the fund.
