Bill Title: Crimes involving the death of an individual. Increases the penalty for certain crimes involving death. Provides that a court may suspend only that part of a sentence that is in excess of the minimum sentence for a person convicted of a Level 3 or Level 4 felony for certain crimes involving death or serious bodily injury. (Current law provides that a court may suspend any part of a sentence for certain crimes involving death or serious bodily injury.) Makes a technical correction.
