Bill Title: Small breweries. Allows a small brewer to have three additional locations where the brewer may conduct any business that is authorized at the brewery, except for the manufacturing of beer. Provides that if a minor is accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, custodian, or family member who is at least 21 years of age, the minor may be present in any area of the brewery where the accompanying adult may be present.
