Bill Title: Distribution of aviation fuel inspection fees. Provides that inspection fees on aviation fuel must be deposited in the airport development grant fund beginning July 1, 2020. (Current law requires all fuel inspection fees to be deposited in the underground petroleum storage tank excess liability trust fund.) Provides that an airport may not submit a claim for reimbursement from the underground petroleum storage tank excess liability trust fund after June 30, 2020.
