Amend KRS 324B.030 to require the Department of Professional Licensing in the Public Protection Cabinet to provide active state supervision to specified boards and commissions; require the department to provide administrative services for boards with less than 100 licensees; require the department to receive and investigate complaints against licensees of boards and commissions assigned to the department; require boards and commissions to submit an administrative regulation to the department for review prior to filing the administrative regulation.
