Create a new section of KRS Chapter 330 to enable licensed auctioneers and licensed real estate brokers to collaborate in cases where real estate is sold at auctions; amend KRS 324.020 to authorize licensed real estate brokers to pay licensed auctioneers for services rendered in the collaborative sale of real estate at auction.
