Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to establish a tax credit for certain small businesses that have an apprenticeship program and require reporting by the Department of Revenue; amend KRS 141.0205 and 131.190 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 343 to require all contractors and subcontractors for public works estimated to cost over $1 million to participate in an applicable apprenticeship program; amend KRS 343.010 to define terms.
