Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 338 to define "health care facility," "health care worker," "workplace safety," and "'workplace violence"; to require a health care facility to annually perform workplace safety and workplace violence assessments; and have a workplace safety and workplace violence education program and reporting process for health care workers; bar retaliation or discrimination against health care workers who report workplace safety incidents.
