Summary

Establishing a volunteer fire department alcoholic beverages license in Prince George's County; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners to issue the license for use by a volunteer fire department; authorizing the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption; and providing for the hours and days of sale and an annual license fee of $910.
