Summary

Repealing the requirement that a surviving spouse of a deceased disabled veteran be at least 65 years old to qualify for an exemption from motor vehicle registration fees; and exempting from registration fees under specified circumstances a motor vehicle that is owned and used by the surviving spouse of a veteran who died in combat or from a combat-related injury; etc.
