Summary
Stating that the purpose of the Concentration of Poverty School Grant Program is to provide concentration of poverty school grants to county boards of education; altering the fiscal years during which the State is required to distribute a concentration of poverty school grant to fiscal years 2021 and 2022; repealing the requirement that a county board distribute certain funds to each eligible school; authorizing a county board to use the grants to provide funding for certain scholarships, and free or reduced priced meals; etc.
