Summary

Adding certain offenses involving computers to the list of offenses on which a charge of murder in the first degree can be based; prohibiting the creation of or unauthorized introduction into a computer, computer system, or computer network software designed to inhibit access or use by an authorized user of a computer, computer system, or computer network for the purpose of extorting money, property, or anything of value from another; establishing a certain penalty; and applying the Act prospectively; etc.
