Summary

Prohibiting a person from sponsoring, conducting, or participating in organized contests that have the objective of killing certain wildlife for prizes or monetary awards; providing the Act may not be construed to prohibit a landowner, an agent, or a lessee from hunting certain mammals on property of the landowner under certain circumstances; and establishing certain penalties.
