Summary

Establishing the Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline Management Program to provide funds to a certain collaborative; defining "collaborative" as commitments of partnership between at least two cybersecurity organizations to improve the State's cybersecurity workforce needs, as per a signed agreement; authorizing the Program to award only one competitive matching grant in the first year; requiring the Governor, in fiscal years 2022 through 2024, to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of up $1,000,000 for the Program; etc.
