Summary

Altering the circumstances under which a dependent of a covered employee who is entitled to compensation for the death of the covered employee resulting from an accidental injury or occupational disease is required to be paid certain workers' compensation death benefits; requiring the Workers' Compensation Commission to establish a procedure by which a dependent of a covered employee may agree to the application of a final compromise and settlement and the release of any future death benefits by the dependent; etc.
