Summary

Requiring the Governor, each fiscal year, to include in the State budget an appropriation for the Attorney General; requiring the appropriation to be at least the amount appropriated for the Attorney General in the fiscal year 2018 budget as passed by the General Assembly increased by the amount required to administer certain Acts and any amount the State receives from the settlement of a case that the Attorney General represents the State in; etc.
